Acts 4:10-12

Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

 

  There are many people who believe in religions other than Christianity. Although misguided, their beliefs are no less sincere to them than ours are to us. I will do my best on these pages to list different religions, their beliefs (backed up by their own sites or texts where possible.) and the problems with some of these beliefs.

    Some would say that the texts which show the errors in their belief system is an attack and improper. I believe that the truth should not be hidden but shared. The misguided, guided and the Lords word studied and shared. 

Romans 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

2 Corinthians 4:1-13 Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not; But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God.

But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus’ sake.

For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us. 

We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body.

For we which live are alway delivered unto death for Jesus’ sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh. So then death worketh in us, but life in you.

We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;

May the love of God and the wisdom to discern the truth fill all who read these pages. I do not write or place these article out of hate but quite the opposite. I place these out of love. After all, what greater love can there be than to Share God's word and try to save a persons eternal soul.
